I am a U.S. military veteran and experienced field professional with over 25 years in inspection, compliance, and safety across construction, industrial, and oil and gas industries. Through my company, Copper State Field Inspections LLC, I provide comprehensive property, asset, and collateral inspections throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
I have a strong background in risk management, documentation, and client compliance, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication. Operating under a registered LLC with $2 million in general liability insurance, I use industry-standard platforms like Pruvan and InspectorADE for real-time reporting and GPS-verified photo documentation.
Currently working part-time with plans to shift to full-time in early 2026, I efficiently serve a broad area, focusing on client satisfaction and quick turnaround times.
